Cycle Syncing Smoothies
4 sips, one for every phase, because your hormones deserve better than a random green juice.
Summer means blender season. But instead of grabbing whatever's in the freezer, we built four smoothies that actually work with your cycle instead of ignoring it completely.
Each one is built around what your body is asking for in that phase, hydration, iron, magnesium, antioxidants, and dressed up with superfoods like spirulina, maca, and seeds. No fancy technique required. Just a blender, five minutes, and a straw.

The Cozy Reset
a warm hug in smoothie form
Your energy is low and that's completely normal.
This phase wants iron, magnesium, and something a little cozy, not another ice-cold green juice.
YOU'LL NEED
1 cup frozen dark cherries 🍒
1 tbsp raw cacao powder 🍫
1 tsp maca root powder
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 🌱
1/4 cup coconut water 🥥
pinch of sea salt 🧂
HOW TO
Dump everything into the blender. Yes, all at once, no particular order.
Blend on high for 30–40 seconds, until it looks like a chocolate cherry milkshake.
Pour into your favorite mug, not a glass, this one's meant to be sipped slow.
Why it works: cherries and cacao bring iron back into rotation, maca supports your body through the drop in hormones, and the pumpkin seeds add magnesium to ease cramps.

The Glow Up
bright, light, ready for anything
Estrogen is climbing and so is your energy. This is the phase for something fresh, tropical, and a little bit electric.
YOU'LL NEED
1 cup frozen pineapple 🍍
1/2 ripe mango 🥭
1/2 tsp spirulina powder 🥣
1 tbsp ground flax seeds 🌱
1 cup coconut water 🥥
1/2 inch fresh ginger 🫚
handful fresh mint 🍃
HOW TO
Toss the pineapple, mango, and ginger into the blender first.
Add the spirulina, flax, mint, and coconut water on top.
Blend until smooth and almost neon green, that's the spirulina doing its job.
Why it works: spirulina is a plant-based protein and iron boost, flax seeds gently support healthy estrogen levels, and coconut water keeps you hydrated as your energy ramps up.

The Main Character
peak energy, peak glow, act like it
This is your main character moment of the month. Skin's glowing, confidence is up, so this one is basically a watermelon lemonade in disguise, cold, hydrating, and impossible not to finish.
YOU'LL NEED
2 cups watermelon 🍉
1/2 whole lemon 🍋
1 tbsp chia seeds 🌱
handful ice cubes 🧊
1/2 coconut water 🥥
HOW TO
Add the frozen watermelon and the whole peeled lemon straight into the blender, no juicing needed.
Toss in the chia seeds, ice, and water.
Blend until slushy and bright pink.
Why it works: watermelon keeps you hydrated during your most energetic phase, the whole lemon adds vitamin C and a citrusy kick, and chia seeds add fiber and omega-3s to keep you full and steady.

The Soft Landing
for when your body asks you to slow down
Cravings show up, energy dips, patience runs thin, all normal. This smoothie leans into it with something creamy, grounding, and a little sweet.
YOU'LL NEED
1 frozen banana 🍌
1/2 cup frozen peaches 🍑
1 tsp maca root powder
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 🌱
3/4 coconut water 🥥
HOW TO
Add the frozen banana and peaches to the blender first for that thick, creamy base.
Layer in the maca and pumpkin seeds.
Pour the water over everything and blend until it's thick like a milkshake.
Why it works: maca helps balance mood as hormones shift, pumpkin seeds bring magnesium and zinc to soften PMS symptoms, and the natural sweetness curbs the sugar cravings without the crash.
Four phases, four smoothies, zero overthinking. Keep the ingredients on rotation in your freezer and let your cycle pick the flavor.
Your hormones are your superpower.
